Vietnam does tit for tat by issuing stapled visas to Chinese passport holders

Vietnam paid back in same terms what China did to Vietnam. The country issued stapled visas with for Chinese for passport holders on separate paper, to counter China’s map on its new e-passports showing disputed areas as part of its territory. Previously, China had issued passports with maps displaying islands in the South China Sea as part of Chinese territory.
Recently China issued passports with map showing Arunachal Pradesh and Aksai Chin as part of China for which the two countries are holding periodic talks to resolve the border dispute.
In reply to this, Indian Embassy started stamping the Chinese passports with official map of India

Bhutan is again gearing up to find out about the state of its people’s happiness
through a survey, for which an exhaustive questionnaire is now being prepared. The
exercise to refine the questionnaire for Gross National Happiness (GNH) survey was
as abstract as the subject itself. The second GNH survey questionnaire has been
prepared by the Centre for Bhutan Studies (CBS).It runs into a staggering 43 pages,
with 249 questions under nine domains and 124 variables, including 10
demographic questions.

IUCN conducted the conference: ‘Hydro-diplomacy: A Tool for Sharing Water
Across Borders’ on 31 October in Chiang Rai, Thailand. More than 100 diplomats,
political scientists, economists, and water resources professionals from over 25
countries discussed complexities and ways forward in hydro-diplomacy, in particular
in trans- boundary river basins.
